 Walking inside the Archimandrita river

The previous time we visited the Diarizos river at Archimandrita village it was full of water!

This time the river was completely empty! Unfortunately winter time was not so rainy this year but on the other hand we would not have been able to make this expedition if it had rain.

Our expedition lasted about 2 hours of walking in the forest but mainly inside the river which was not easy at all.

It is a completely different thing to see an empty river located inside the forest and between mountain cliffs.

We were able to walk far further than we would normally have if the river had water. We even spotted some wild goats and small frogs during our walk.

 It was a good chance for us to see another view of the place and admire nature's beauty once again!
