On our recent visit at Agios Theodoros, at Pitsilia area, we didn't miss the opportunity to continue searching and discovering this beautiful village.
As we wondered on the streets with the guidance of our friend Anna we came across the monument of Georgios Nikodimou.
Georgios Nikodimou was an 18 year old soldier serving in the army during the Turkish invasion in 1974. He was killed during the second part of the invasion on August 6 at the village of "Agridaki" in Kyrenia town.
Agridaki is now occupied as well as Kyrenia town.
